Jelena Gavrilovic

About me

My name is Jelena Gavrilovic—a full stack developer with a background in, and passion for, inclusive business and sustainable development, currently based in the Netherlands.

I took my first steps into the tech world by participating in the Le Wagon coding bootcamp, where I developed my first web applications. I have since gained experience in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, Javascript, REST and SQL. Prior to this, I have been working in the field of international development, of which the last 2.5 years in Cambodia.

I enjoy crafting accesible digital experiences through design and code. Currently, I am learning Python and getting into data visualization.

A virtual peer-to-peer learning platform built with HTML/SCSS, JavaScript and Java. The beta launch for 8BillionMinds is scheduled for August 2020.
